The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, aka Jazz Fest is an annual event that celebrates the Louisiana's rich musical history. While there's lots of jazz, nearly every other genre - including rock, hip-hop, blues, and folk is also represented given the region's diverse and eclectic heritage. Acts from all around the globe gathered at this year's fest, which included performances by Lorde, Tom Petty, the Alabama Shakes, Maroon 5, Trombone Shorty and many more.
Our intrepid Last.fm photographer Steve Galli captured it all. Click the images below for photo galleries of all the amazing acts.
