It's not just that... the people here do so many zany things. A lot of macabre headlines like "man shoots fast food worker for forgetting ketchup" only come from Florida. The thing about Florida kids is that we always say we want to get out of here, but the weather (right around now) is too nice and our cold tolerance sucks because of it. It's also prime condition for a lot of bugs here
