I'm a 22 year old girl from Buffalo NY, USA currently living in Anyang, South Korea. I like history, foreign cultures, pop cultures an languages. I have a special interest in 60s pop music: especially Motown and Japanese pop idols from that time. I also like classic movies, especially from the 20s, 30s and 40s and Ancient Roman language and culture. My favorite authors are Jane Austen, Ovid, Plautus and J.K. Rowling. My favorite actors are Cary Grant, Claude Rains, Loretta Young, Norma Shearer, Audrey Hepburn, Maggie Cheung, and Tony Leung. My favorite movies are "In the Mood For Love", "Chungking Express", "Notorious" and "The Empire Strikes Back".
I also like geeky fandoms such as Harry Potter, Doctor Who, James Bond, Star Trek, Star Wars and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
My favorite artists are Momoe Yamaguchi, Malice Mizer, The Smiths, Chiyo Okumura, Shiina Ringo/Tokyo Jihen, Jung Hoonhee, Baby V.O.X, Jaurim, Alizee, Faye Wong, Joy Division, and Aya Ueto.
