I remember I bought the TAPE (remember those?) for Mental Floss for the Globe and later bought Life and Perspectives of a Genuine Crossover. I lost both after sometime. Damn…memories

This track is really calming and sounds absolutely beautiful. Man I miss that about my trip to India last year. Everything about it was so calming. This hussle and bussle of the city-life in the West is nerve-wracking.

HR is one of the most talented musicians I've ever heard. This track proves it. Recorded on the phone while he was serving time in prison. The voice on the phone and the edgy punk sound created a great effect.

If you watch on Cartoon Network, they play some wild songs during the bumps. Anyone know the name of the artist or song titles? Is a CD/mp3 available to purchase at iTunes, CDNow, CDBaby, Napster, etc? One of the song sounds like a Hindu chant and has some tabla beats and flute. If you watch you'd know what I'm talking about. They play it everytime they introduce the line-up of shows during the week.

Putumayo, one of the most reknowned world music labels has a pretty nice radio station on their site. I haven't been to their site in a long time, so it's news to me. Thought I'd share to anyone else who's interested.
