My Anthology of Chess Records' music is still one of my preferred albums (if a 13 CD boxset can be called an 'album'). I lately watched the movie Cadillac Records. It's Chess Records' story featuring great music of Chuck Berry, Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters, the great songwriter Willie Dixon ("The blues is the roots; everything else is the fruits." - Willie Dixon) and the lovely Beyoncé as Etta James. Well, none of the actors might get an Oscar for that but it's just fun to get the story told and to listen to the awesome music.
