So, why is 2 Unlimited's album No Limits kinda lame?
According to Wikipedia, there are 2 different versions of the album. The difference being that in the UK version almost all Ray's raps are cut, because it was decided that the rap was unsuitable for the UK market at the time. Furthermore, the track lengths are different. Last.FM has recorded the UK version's track lenghts (UK's release), but in the original version where the raps are present, almost all tracks are longer (original release).
I don't know about all download sources, but when I downloaded "No Limits!", I got the UK version (the no rap version). But I was able to buy the original version, and I was pleasenlty surprised. As track titles are the same, to resolve the difference, I renamed the UK versions to "Song (UK Album Edit)" (for example: Mysterious (UK Album Edit)). So, if you're a fan of 2 Unlimited or just like to listen both versions, I suggest you do the same.
And by the way, no wonder they were heavily criticised in Britain as being dull. All the raps were left out, and with only Anita's vocals, the songs were kinda boring.
