Last.fm even has this built in with music recommendations and recommendation radio (which never seems to play good music for me, but that's another story.) As everyone and their mother knows by now, the new Christina Aguilera album is a throwback to the music of the 1920's, 30's, and 40's. However, it takes me back to another time: 2002. It's not just Christina, either. The radio is beginning to feel like it did 3-5 years ago…. Maybe I'll even start listening to it again.

First of all, if anyone's checked, you may have noticed that it has been about a month since I last litened to anything on last.fm. No, it's not a case of last.fm being slow to update.
