    Hi, thanks for answer my question in the forum. I know that you work in UK, but I was not asking for a staff user specifically, I said anyone who can answer a simple inquietude, even a regular user with knowledge about that problem could be, or one of those moderators, because as I could see, my post was being buried by a lot of new posts from others users that recived nice responses just at the same time when I did my post, so I tried to keep my message alive. that's all. WizzzPL said nothing, he/she just put a link with a copy/paste question, and as I can imagine moderators in this site are human beings not machines, and as a human beings they should answer just like the people who write the posts, and after I said my part and waited a explanation that person dissapeared, I assume he had no explanation in his hands. No problem. I wrote in the spanish forum myself that it's not possible changing leaders in groups at the time, 'cause those moderators are on vacations. have a nice day.
