Actually I started thinking seriously about it two months ago. So there are still a lot of things I should listen to. My top will probably move in the next weeks. Feel free to recommend me some good 2007 releases you think I should give a try, or listen again. You'll be welcome (except if it's for Dream Theater, this band suckass lol). Very good and modern sound.

I usually don't like DM that much, but Gorefest has always been an exception.
○ Månegarm – Vargstenen
Many good tracks.
○ Mortuus – De Contemplanda Morte
○ Obscurus Advocam – Verbia Daemonicus
High quality Orthodox BM.
○ Shining - V: Halmstad
Needed several listening, but now I like it a lot.
○ Taake – Nekro
Though the Von cover sucks, and the Destruction cover is missing, it's still Taake.
○ The Absence – Riders Of The Plague
What modern melodeath should sound like.
○ Vargnatt - Nur Ein Traum
○ While Sad Spirits Around Me Stroll - In The Distance
Atmospheric, drone, excellent.

Now that sucks

○ Blood Of Kingu - De Occulta Philosophia
It doesn't exactly suck, but it's really disappointing.
○ Candlemass – King Of The Gay Islands
Failure…
○ DHG – Supervillain Black Metal Outcast
Ridiculous, but the cover is still cool.
○ Ozzy Osbourne – Chocolate Rain
Two or three good tracks, the others are boring.
○ Soulbreach – My Dividing Ass
Metalcore.
○ Turisas – The Vaginal Way
No, that isn’t epic at all.
