Now, March 2009 in London town the weather is once again starting to shine and I'm getting in a SPRING kind of…

J'adore Menomena!!! Very happy I got the chance to catch them 2 months after first getting into them (that's an understatement, I do believe I have been infatuated by them!) I have to say, 93ft East is one of my least favourite venues for gigs but I think Menomena made up for it best they could with their mesmerizing skill with music!

I was a lucky bunny and won the chance to photograph Field Day festival on behalf of Converse Music - AAA and everything darlings!!! It was wet, super wet, that day - not to mention exhausting … but damn it was fun!!!

Soo I started a new job today (well, yesterday by the time I've written this) and on my lunch break I decided to venture into the realm of what's allowed and what's not allowed on the internet (stating the obvious … unfortunately no bukkake videos for me at lunch!)

I tried the usual, facebook (allowed) myspace (allowed) web msn (not allowed) emails (allowed) last.fm (not allowed) … wait, what was that?! Last.fm not allowed?! WTF?! After staring at the screen for a few seconds in sheer horror it seems streaming sites are not allowed.

The first time I heard this it hit me straight away. I was covered in goosebumps by the time it was over. Of course then realising the album was over I was slightly shocked by this choice of closing track, but I've grown to love that choice. It's a perfect song.

Always a great gig when it's NIN!!! Sunday was great but I must admit I always expect a bit more when it's the last show of a set in a city and I don't feel like we got that little bit extra with it. I'm not complaining though, still had a great time! Was surprised he tried The Beginning Of The End again. That Survivalism is a great song live, it's really grown on me after hearing it live.
