thanks for sending me that song, white denim is tight! i listened to a few other songs and some of the tracks sound really raw and unstructured, almost like coachwhips, and i loooove coachwhips. if you haven't heard them i highly recommend them, i'd say they're comparable on some levels.

mine is on the 17th, it was this tuesday actually. i've read that book! my friend has it, he's really into astrology and all that crazy stuff. but i was surprised at how accurate the book was, and it wasn't even particularly vague like most of that stuff tends to be. like, that same day he also read my tarot, and it ended up being like the shittiest cards in the deck, but it was all so weird and every card kind of danced around a blurry meaning. i'm gonna choose to not take that seriously...but i was very impressed by that book.

oh sweet. i was a delivery driver for awhile...it was lame. but it was only because the place i worked at was lame. now i'm bankin somewhere else :) it's almost equally lame but the pay is great so i'm not complaining.

oh i love joan baez. her cover of "sad-eyed lady of the lowlands" blows me away every time. the most perfect love song in the world, sung by someone with a perfect voice, just does me in.

i spy joni mitchell. :) i love her so much. i don't think i've ever met a guy who likes her, or who will admit to liking her. no worries though, i'm highly impressed.

i actually haven't, but i'll make sure to check them out. the music scene in austin is crazy! i don't think next summer can get here any faster. a change in scenery is gonna have to happen, and i mean now.
