Last.fm has once again calculated the album which I've been listening to the most and again the album is Leftoverture by Kansas. I wrote a review of the album on my previous journal, so I'm not gonna go into specific details this time. Instead, I'm about to travel to Sölvesborg, Sweden to attend Sweden Rock festival. And here are the bands (in running order) I'm about to see there.

Duff McKagan's Loaded. I've seen Guns n' Roses in their current line up and Slash doing his solo stuff, so now it's time for another member of the classic GN'R lineup, Duff McKagan. Nice, punk flavoured rock 'n' roll.

Clutch. Just out of curiosity. They have some good stuff.

Queensrÿche. Just to hear Operation Mindcrime, I admit.

Down. They have some killer songs and Phil Anselmo is the closest thing to Pantera that I can ever witness.

Rob Zombie. I expect a good show from the spook-rock mastermind. He has some good tunes, too.

Kansas. Yeah, the main reason for this trip. And why they have ruled my charts these past couple of weeks.

Black Label Society. Seen them couple of times before, but they're always a fun act, delivering a good show. As long as Wylde manages to keep his solos in decent length, they have a tendency to get a bit boring and monotone.

Then there are some bands, which depend on our schedule and weather, if I'll check them out or not. That list includes Saxon (seen them earlier), Judas Priest (seen them couple of times and this time they don't even have Downing in guitar. And to be honest, Halford's voice ain't what it used to be), Electric Wizard (Down plays at the same time, so I'll check them out if I can, but I've seen them already so it's no big loss), Thin Lizzy (well, without Lynott…) and Hawkwind. Oh yeah and the main act is Ozzy Osbourne, but I've seen him a couple of times already.
