....That is just someone's ego-extension. Beside the guy is so close-minded and boneheaded that you couldn't possibly make music with him. It kinda makes me want to pick up my guitar that i never learned to play and learn to play and actually make some real music (A Split-second stuff with little Post-industrial touch?)... However i'd need some guitar equipment, a better synth and a drum machine and i can't afford something like that for a long time. From The Inside is really great, however. I think Ballistic Statues is even better, From the inside has little bit of those filler songs. Cencoring in the flat is pretty ridiculous. And by the way, if you make it big and do covers from DM, Do ''Lie To Me'' as cover. My favourite album from DM is Some Great Reward.

That actually sounds really fucking cool and i watched those youtube-videos of yours and i think you have a really nice voice. However, your bands sounds like it really can make it. My friends project to start a band however won't. Ever since we were teens we talked about what kind of band we could start. Now me and other friend that we always talked about this have pretty much excluded from it. He first came up with a name and a logo ''symphtone'' and the he took a Dj (who can play drums and keyboards, probably not as well as me) and a guitarist. They/we haven't jammed or anything, he and that other guitarist just started writing music... And now genre would be ''Blues Metal'', from a guy that hates Danzig.... And the name is Sympthone with a futuristic logo.. And he's seriously considering a female singer. He tries to get her girlfriend (that he found singing in shower) to be the singer. So anyway, if you exclude me and act like this then fuck it. I don't want to be in a band that is

Btw, have you heard A Split-second's Vengeance C.O.D? What do you think? It doesn't sound nowhere near as good as the other stuff. It's like when Front 242 switched to dance music, except it's little better than this. I don't have the megabite album, but it's better. The guitar riffs are cool. However, it doesn't sound as good as Armageddon dildos' and pouppee Fabrikk's Guitar/ebm-songs. I prefer the 80's style guitar-solos and tiny riffs that didn't play so big part in the song.

There's also albums that make the only one good song look little less good, since they all sound too similiar. I wish i won the lottery or something so i could get all the cool records i want. My ultimate dream would be to own every SpK records. But it's really unlikely, the first singles were limited to 100 copies and you NEVER EVER see them anywhere. And basicly, some Leichenschrei-copies are worth 60 €'s..I think i'm lucky to own the three albums on cd. Funny thing is that only Amazon had them. I've also got the machine age voodoo, but it's an reissue. The other three are original cd-reissues thanks to lustmord. Anyway, what are your most valued records? I found an copy of Die Krupps tribute to metallica, it doesn't seem to be worth anything, but it's still really cool to own. Also, i don't know why i'm buying new albums on vinyl even though my mini-amp for the vinyl player is broken.

haha a tailor? that sounds awesome! me and my friend were discussing how theres all these art forms all in different stages of development - like: painting, writing, video games. Hypertext was one we came up with but its interesting because it can't be published so its hard to make money from as art

oh man that speech was neeat. It was so old looking too haha. Have you read that dangerous visions anthology? makes me want to read it quite a lot. Buy some incense! cheap, effective and your room is effectively transformed into a boudoir or pad. About the QR codes, I don't know - maybe once the google goggles are ubiquitous as smartphones my stickers will still be up (and you'll have a smart phone by then !!). BTW what you said about paying for 50 stickers, that means a lot cheers! What Harlan Ellison was saying about fiction that can't be published in that video, reminded me of this: http://www.altx.com/hyperx/sss/index2.html (trigger warning) its really smart how its put together in hypertext too, its kinda like getting to know someone and learning their story fragment by fragment

Those are some pretty good albums, someday i sware i'll start buying those SpK, A Split-Second and other vinyls i've dreamed about. I only discover industrial vinyls by accident. The ones i treasure most is Godflesh's Pure (mint with insert and poster) and Cabaret Voltaire's Eddie's out walls of Jericho with PVC-sleeve and the bonus 7 inch vinyl. I know that feeling too, but in some cases when the stuff is actually rare you can't help but to feel great for owning it. But then there's stuff that just still be out there, but isn't. I'd rather buy them new of course. I recently found one .rar file with X10, wich is somekind of side-project from Klinik, it Marc (i think) from A Split-second is also involved with it.. Probably only with the track Repulsion. The rest sounds like Klinik and that other band that was also involved with it. It's actually quite good track and i was dissapointed that rest of the album wasn't the same. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZgKWe1wXoY

I'm quite satisfied with what EA is doing with DICE and Visceral games and i also like the merchandising. However the dlc stuff isn't that cool. But the rest what EA does... Meh, well NHL-games are still fine, but they're just rehashing. I don't really care about Ubisoft, except for Rayman. But i wish that at least at the launch of ps4 there'd still be innovative games that use motion control or other cool idea like Eye of Judgment.. I Still miss the multiplayer and i know absolutely nobody who owns the game or is interested in it.

Very true, I have quite a few memories of the first time I listened to certain albums. For example the very first CD I bought (I think) was Gary Numan's Living Ornament '79 (two CDs). I bought that because it was the only Numan CD I could find that had the song Cars on it. When I came home I put the first CD in the music player in our lounge and went straight to the Cars track. I then got annoyed because my mother said that we had to eat lunch/dinner, as I was very eager to listen to the album (two discs). When I got Satyricon's Dark Medieval Times, I was sat in my bedroom with my headphones on, and was blown away how great it was, especially the instrumental interludes. (I no longer wear headphones though as I have tinnitus).

i did read 'roadside picnic' the other day, you know the inspiration for the movie and games 'stalker'? I bet you would enjoy it if you haven't read it already - science and superstition all rolled up together with a load of dickheads

i know, same with me. Pretty sure I'm one of the few sane people left at this point - the problem is I can't be sure. Chemistry labs sound fun - are they? And noo, my reading sucks ... i've been reading this one book for a long time now, don't get me wrong I'm really enjoying it and everything, but its only 300 pages and it's been months!! So much looking forward to the summer and having the time again. What have you been reading by Harlan Ellison? It's funny, I once read a 'team fortress 2' version of 'I have no mouth' before I ever knew of the original, so it seemed just exponentially more demented to me at the time haha. My latest craze is making stickers - check out my 'projects' blog http://mighty-mekon.tumblr.com/ to check them out, I'm gonna put my programming stuff up there too I think :) pleeease check out that QR thing, I've put up like 7 of them in my neighborhood and nobody's scanned them yet. Shit sucks! I thought it was an awesome idea but i guess nobody agrees haha

Sorry it took so long to reply. Isn't that answer wrong? In Finland there's a law that you may make certain amount of copies of a cd and share it few times. Anyway, i think i pirate more music than an average person, however it's often music that isn't avalaible... And even so, i also buy about 6-8 times more music than a average person does. I guess i'm killing the music bussiness :) Anyway, Dead Space 3 was good, it lacked the dementia and horror-scenes (like random twitching bodies etc. that doesn't affect gameplay or story but is just creepy). Now i need to finish my mgs4-replay before taking on Metal gear rising. Have you found any good games from those steam-demos? Btw, Red Alert 3 sucked. Any thoughts about ps4?

Awesome tastes. I have just discovered the coldwave world around September 2012 and got hooked. I had been previously listening to synthpop and other new romantics acts. I come from France and had never heard of those excellent bands like Martin Dupont, Asylum Party, Little Nemo, etc... Lovin' those pics on your side/bio bar :) -->

I thought and hoped that'd she'd be a ramining theme in the series. But i think i saw a clip from the Co-Op mode where she's mentioned as Isaac's ''Obsession''. I liked how he felt guilty for recommending and pushing her to work at Ishimura and then she was killed there (well basicly she took her own life) and then there was her ghost (or just marker messing with him) blaming and guiding/misguiding him. The supernatural theme is also completely abscent, it's all just scientific and i hate it when they do that.

But in the end these cyberpunks and goths don't really matter. I myself am something between a metalhead, punk, goth and a rivethead(?). Sometimes i dress more metal, sometimes punk, sometimes little gothic, but mostly i wear just clothes that i think are masculine. By the way, i've been playing Dead Space 3 for a couple of days, i'm pretty satisfied. The Trailers and demo gave me an image that it'd take mostly place in open bright places, but that just later in the game and little happens in the open compared to the indoors. But there's this cool part where you have to travel to a shelter maintaining your body temperature, if you don't, you die. But Body temperature going below 9 Celcius degrees and still alive is just ridiculous. The game is fun and scary, but it's missing the f'd up scary moments of the first one, the dementia scenes of the second one... And it's not that hard, not even in Impossible mode. I'm also dissapointed about the absence of Nicole.

It'd be interesting if there was a story of a henchman that does everything illuminati/Nwo/or any other huge corporation tells him to and finds his humanity slipping away with every new ''upgrade'' he gets. Yet he'd be ok with it, because the machines makes him feel so. I'm pretty sick of ''aggrotech/harsh electro'' too, it's consuming the real ebm scene. But i get headaches from all these cybergoths labeling stuff wrong or coming up new stupid genrenames... but we've talked about this haven't we :) ? How ever, i do enjoy some acts in small doeses. I haven't really listened much for ''Future pop'' but i do love VNV Nation. Cyberpunk should not be confused with the ''CyberPunks'' either. Just because your not gothic, but yet use same stuff doesn't make it Cyberpunk. I like to think that THE Cyberpunks are just characters in fiction who are just ''everyman'', but nihilistic and maby some cybernetic stuff. But they don't put pipes in their hair or stupid piercings.

... Cyberpunk games should look more gruesome and ''dirtier'', more ''Inhumane'' than Futuristic.

Well the series seem to be drifting from the original atmospheric horror where you were afraid. They Improved the gameplay in DS2, but it was more action than the one before. I'm Guessing the fans are now afraid that this hyped Co-Op mode means it's gonna be an action game with ugly monsters. I think the story in Dead Space games has been ok, but dialog has been in a small role, it's mostly just there to tell what's going on. And Isaac (the main character) mostly just curses and other stuff, he doesn't seem to think by himself and that's ok because the character doesn't make decisions for you. And by Stereotypical cyberpunk, i mean that in a nutshell it's just blade runner-style world (city) and humans with robotic stuff fighting against evil corporations. Sure Deus Ex is pretty much that, but it goes deeper. I'm only saying it seems to be that, i know nothing about the story yet. I like the colorfulness of the game, i prefer it over Gears Of War-style games. But you're right...

I agree, it's based on those pen & paper cyberpunk games. They say it's gonna be real Cyberpunk, but what i've seen in the trailers it only is ''stereotype'' of cyberpunk. But it looks promising, sounds like crap. But now i'm waiting for Dead Space 3

Hmm, i remember seeing dreams where i switch from 1st person to looking my self in 3rd person. But most of the time when that happens it starts of like looking at a film, and i'm still control of myself in 3rd person and it either changes to just like looking a movie that you're not in control of or then it changes to looking at somebody who is you and at the same time isn't. Anyway, i believe that the end of the world is that is an domino effect when we get to a point where everything collapses from it's impossibility. Like economy, nature, technology, culture, everything collapses like babylon tower or icaros who flew too close to the sun. Or then the day never comes, and we become a hivemind-cyborgplanet that has lost all it's humane needs and is only interested gaining more power and better understanding of the universe. I believe it's more likely to happend than manking leaving to another planet.
