Why is it that all post-punk albums must sound exactly the same? It's so frusturating! I got With Love and Squalor just the other day, and was pretty impressed by the first two tracks. But then, it fufills every post-punk stereotype. Filler, followed by songs that follow almost the same structure as the opening tracks. I just don't get it. You see, I know this will sound very hypocritical, considering I've never released an album, but why is it that all post-punk bands have to use traditional structure?
