v that's because hair metal is more rock 'n roll than heavy metal. Mötley Crüe, Poison, Cinderella, Ratt, Warrant they all were rock 'n roll bands.

His great point is that some metalheads are gay? Seriously? How fucking juvenile. And your post reeks of self projection. "Packed in with all those sweaty men, touching each other." Sounds like someone's getting excited to me. At least with a "95%" male fanbase you can rest assured that the bands are making music for the love of it not just writing conventional music as a backdrop to getting their dicks washed or scoring their next line of coke.
