oh no, the faceless used chromatic scales so its gotta be a rip off of noctambulant. I'd say well influenced, doubt they tried ripping them off, or i doubt it was their idea of saying "lets rip em off!" They have some pretty original sounding riffs, and nice jazz fusion sounding solos at some points, never heard those from SoP ;/
