I think its heinous that the real life The Beets used that name and are crap in comparison to the fictional. When I hear the name The Beets, I want to rock out. Not fall asleep.

Well, if the wonderful sound of their record is "dead" I just can't imagine how they are "live". I hope they hit Spain someday. I'm seriously freakin out with them. I think they're the best band out of NYC by far.
