Only a band like Slayer could truly show the horror that was Dr. Mengele's, and other Nazi "doctors" exploits during the time period. Honestly, I'd be concerned if somebody WASN'T offended by this song. Not towards Slayer, obviously, but towards the subject matter. Those people who bash Slayer for making this song, throw out pro-Nazi accusations, etc, totally missed the point. Anyway, with or without lyrics this song fucking owns. \m/
