Noooo! Seafood is dead. I'm so sad... According to their myspace site, the band is over. What a shame... I love this band to no end. It's painful to think they are gone... but when I think back to their phenomenal songs that I've listen to a million times and all the great moments attached to them all there is left to say is: THANK YOU SEAFOOD. Thanks for giving voice to my soul.

Loved Seafood alongside My Vitriol, early Idlewild and early Placebo years ago. Surviving the Quiet and When Do We Start Fighting are great, even Messenger in the Camp has it's moments, but I thought As the Cry Flows was rubbish. Not heard the latest album yet. Just listened to Signal Sparks - boring.

An amazing band. Not a bad album between the four of them. Impossible to choose a favourite song but I'll go for 'Splinter', 'What May Be The Oldest' and 'Heats Walks Against Me'.
