400 x 10p,,,,,,,,,, 20p a minute,,,,,,not exactly a premium rate,,,,for added value u should go to a gig,,,make loads of comments that mean lots to you during the spaces between numbers,(louldy), then when u buy the live album you'll realise it was all worthwhile afterall, an give yourself a £40 pat on the back everytime u hear yourself,,,try,,SHOW ME THE MONEY,,,

If the gig had been like £25 odd I prob would have gone the whole point is that Lydon plus a few other folk ive barely heard of isnt worth the ticket price to me. If Wobble had been involved I would have forked over the ticket price no questions asked but sadly thats not the case.

tupelo_stevo, I don't quite get your point. If you don't want to go to the gig, don't go! There's no need for people to compare it to anything else or moan about how it is or the ticket prices because if you wanted to go in the first place, it wouldn't even be an issue. Judging what Lyndon has said in recent interviews it sounds like the other band members are busy doing their own thing - what can you do about that? At least Lydon is still giving it a go and there are some people who will appreciate that.

Also has alot to do with the fact that PiL only had 3 outstanding albums and the only person who was involved in these thats playing is Lydon himself. Why pay serious money chasing the past when you could just as easily see out outstanding live music thats happening NOW for a fraction of the price

OK so it's not the absolute best lineup in terms of the band members, but who bloody cares! It's the nearest you're ever going to get to the original band and you should take up the opportunity while it lasts. I guess the cool thing is at least all the people who attend will be true fans who were willing to pay a proper ticket price and not a bunch of morons who'd rather keep £40 than have the experience.
