well not necessarily, a bootleg is anything unofficial - you can have bootleg soundboard recordings and the thing with auds is they're usually taped by whoever and they'll sound and feel a lot different with the crowd and hall noise and bass presence and they'll usually sound more "live" which is kind of a tough thing to describe
