Nevermind...it seems that both the music itself, and the lyrics improve in the second half....the first half is still quite poor to me though.

So far this is just about the only song on the album that has good enough lyrics for me to compliment them on. I understand that Daniel was trying to make the lyrics more straightforward and in people's faces, but some of the stuff just comes off sounding childish. I mean what happened to the thought provoking lyrics that use to be on other albums? So far this is one of the few tracks on Scarsick that I thought was truly notable in that sense... but I will reserve final judgement until after I have given the album a few more spins.

Somethimes Scarsick is to cynical. But the lyrics on this one are just so true... So true that most of you who listen it and agree they express reality still live like that (because it's in your blood). Musicaly, remind me of that beautifull Perfect element (though they aren't many resemblances)
