Tim is more of a natural singer than Steven is. This isn't putting down Steven's capabilities as a singer, he has qualities in his own voice that are quite pleasant. The way his and Tim's voice meld on some of their songs is amazing. I'm sure he's always seen himself more the musician than the singer anyway, in this or any of his other projects.

Tim Bowness is a better vocalist than Steven Wilson. IMO. Then again, I wouldn't say that, but they have two different styles, with bowness being a bit more emotive and melodic and soft, while Steven Wilson is...Well he can carry a melody well. Haha. His voice is perfect for porcupine tree but I wouldn't say he would be good for this kind of music.

Cheers. Got Together We're Stranger today (haven't listened yet), going to get Flowermouth soon. TrueNorth is some song eh. Captivated by it.

Shoolyard Ghosts it's a first album, that I heard from No-man. I like it. Good musical interpretations. Expecially good are melodie variations.

Schoolyard Ghosts is a grower and requires some initial effort on the listener's part, but it pays off handsomely.

Shoolyard Ghosts is a little disappointing, it's still great album but oh, far away behind ((speak))
