this song came out before the cure song. so, as mentioned earlier, you should be calling out the cure for ripping off this song. (I love the cure song too. they are my favorite band)

When The Cure released "Inbetween Days" it was accused of being a New Order ripoff. This clearly seems to be the song that it was ripped off from. (Also, did not know Peter Hook sang on this - interesting!)

I forgot how much the guitar in Zwan's "Heartsong" (I think) sounded like this. Great song, this.

I loved the movement album. Here I would love to hear the John Peel session ha the last time I heard them I was in a different universe

@TheRacingRat: Nah, Barney was the right frontman for New Order. I'm sure that Hooky preferred to look bad-ass in the background anyway.

one of their best..sounds like.a close relative to Ceremony...could easily imagine Ian Curtis singing on this on the next Joy Division album.

This always makes me think of that footage of them playing this at an early gig in New York, with Hooky spending most of the time standing sideways. They all looked so nervous!

hooky singing? i guess i've been too much of a joy division purist to not have known. great track & vocals.
