@ lincredible....my point was that last time i checked, mason isn't singing songs about banana pancakes. btw i would be thrilled if he made it bigger because his voice needs heard. i think the issue at hand is that your just an angry prick that likes to yell at people.

Some of his music I had to grown into a little bit but lately his stuff has been getting more play than most everything thing else. Use your Voice, and Simple Life are his best works in my opinion. I haven't really gotten into his newest album yet but I am seeing him tonight at my school. Pretty Stoaked about that .

i remember seeing the decemberists open for mason at the troubadour. he's so under-appreciated, but i think if more people knew about him he'd go the way of jack johnson and ignorant people like florence_post would think he's a sell out because top 40 wouldn't be able to play him enough.
