Then I confirmed for myself by listening to MOAM that it's actually *Birdstuff* FTW. Unless he recently died (so he wouldn't count)...

I think Test Driver was used in one of the Jackass movies. Maybe the first one. I don't think Escape Velocity was used at all though. Also, quite a few samples were taken from the original Outer Limits series.
