KiloWatts是一位美国人, 真名叫James Watts. 早在90年代他就在DOS下创作自己的作品, 在当时一些拨号和Telnet性质的BBS上发表自己制作的Demoscene (当时是基于Basic和Tubro C). 同时, 他也是Soulseek Records的先驱者之一 (这个Soulseek跟我们用的Soulseek创办的厂牌不是一个东西). 他最近的风格倾向于Down-tempo, Techno, Breakbeat. 这个视频是他同Psymbolic视觉小组共同创作的一个作品. 他最近的专辑是同Vanek合作制作的一张风格很主流的专辑.
