while i agree that the albums can't capture the live experience (which is pretty much true for every artist,) I really enjoy the albums and the live ones are a give a pretty good idea of what he's like live.

Best live performer I've ever seen, no doubt about it. I've been to three shows, and they were all awesome. That being said, his albums totally suck and don't capture the live magic. Sorry, but I thought it needed to be said.

One of the best house shows ever. Jason standing in the middle of a living room surrounded by kids shoulder to shoulder, everyone pumped, everyone happy, everyone feeling more alive than the with whoever played before him. His wise words cup your heart and stay with you and keep you peacefully happy for as long as you can remember them. Lovely fellow.
