Volkers music can be described as being minimal, just like a featureless wall. Jeff Samuel didn't make it did he? It could however be described as being a type of minimalism as well.

What does "Minimal" have to do with this, minimal is a techno style music. I guess you mean "minimalism", which isn't the same as minimal.
