Great Lake Swimmers started back in 2001 as a song writing vehicle for poet Tony Dekker. The debut album “Great Lake Swimmers” was released in 2003 on (weewerk), and this wonderful music quickly spread around the world. In 2009, Great Lake Swimmers released their fourth full length album “Lost Channels” that has made many top ten lists for 2009. The band shows no signs of slowing down, touring the world.

I enjoyed the show in London very much!!! But why didn't Tony let them all have a solo...like the drummer didn't have one and the bassist as well...I,m puzzled...but anyway you guys are really good and you are always with me when I'm driving in a train through the nights of london.

Wonderful show at The Cedar last night in Minneapolis. Erik was, however, a bit drowned out by the violin player. That was a bummer because I love his guitar and banjo playing and could not hear it well. Tony is very gifted and the band was really tight otherwise. Thank you GLS!
