as far as i can see, this is a cycle: hip-hop band who didn't dominate for such a long time the charts/pics releases a new album and take over, then the hype/interest slowly dies down, and some months later we have the post-punk band on top again. sad, but true. sigh. oh well. captain obvious? except that nobody bothered to state it in the last 50 comments.

"Felt" was a verb before before it was a noun. Let's all argue about that. I see how this works, you show love for your band by insulting others. Genius. You know that's pretty much the equivalent of American patriotism, right? Swing your arms wildly in the hope that you might hit whatever vague allusion to an intruder approaches. They share a word. These two fan bases would have never met if it wasn't for a hole in last.fm's system. There is no competition, only two groups doing two different things. Your own irrationality and prejudices are inventing the rest.
