Not his best solo effort, but by far my favorite. There are some pretty bland moments on the disc, but it also has a large number of my favorite musical moments ever. The opening of Truth, the first minute or so of War, the whole of Ants, Devin screaming LIFE IS ALL DYNAMICS with everything he has... Not a perfect album, but one you can't afford to avoid. Especially if you like anything this man has ever written.
