被誉为Hip-Hop界Bob Dylan的美国著名Hip-Hop艺人Common上周六出现在北京朝阳流行音乐节上，演出候场前，华语Hip-Hop中坚力量“龙门阵”在主办方的特意安排下，与其进行了为时30分钟的友好交流。Common在英语系Hip-Hop乐中可以说是一枝独秀，他的音乐里没有诸如暴力 / 犯罪 / 毒品等等其他Hip-Hop明星经常涉及到的主题，这恰好与“龙门阵”的音乐理念不谋而合。在交流中，他告诉在中国的这几位Hip-Hop后辈“去散播爱，然后聪明地活着，保持警醒，保持住自我本色”。而令众人吃惊的是，Common竟然知道中国有“龙门阵”这么一个团，因为他一直都在关注各类不同肤色人群的Hip-Hop状况，他希望Hip-Hop能让世界大同，Common说中国需要涌现更多“龙门阵”这样的团体，众人团结一起才能良性地共同建设华语Hip-Hop社稷。

I always loved Common, especially in his later albums for venturing out and sampling or rapping over other genres of music. Which is why he'd be great on the next Wyclef mixtape.
