Does not sound like alt-country. I can hear Guided by voices or even Sebadoh in some of their songs. But what's most important: they're fuc*ing cool!

Review of Dual Hawks at Webcuts Centro-Matic sound like any competent Friday night Southern bar band. It's accessible, earnest, rousing rock and roll –- mildly anthemic but without any flash and firework.
