LOL, no one should bash on Streetlight Manifesto or Thomas Kalnoky just because he has some rabid fans. Thomas kalnoky was part of them once, contributed, and moved on, and got a good following with streetlight, probably because he invested a lot in it and got lucky and were able to play at warped tour. We shouldn't judge the two bands based on the music they make, not who's in it. If anyone's egotistical its some of Kalnoky's fans, that think he's a god. I don't disagree, nor agree, everyone's inclined to their own opinions which are probably different than yours, so don't force yours upon others. All you get is a big fat pile of shit and a bunch of upsetted people.

IMO they definitely should have changed their name.. at the time they wanted to ride the wave of their early success, but they could have had more success with a fresh start by avoiding all of the Streetlight zealots who feel like they 'must defend Tomas's honor' or something. :)

I kinda feel for these guys. They're a really solid band that should be appreciated on their own; instead ignorant fans can't get past something that happened over a decade ago. In my opinion if the people involved in the split can forgive and forget, we should too. I hate going to a Catch 22 show only to have it ruined by heckling Streetlight fans all night. I love Streetlight maybe even more than C22. These guys don't really tour anymore, but can't we grow up and accept a cease fire?
