Blue states是由Andy Dragazis為首的Downtempo樂團，團員包括了主唱Ty、吉他Chris、貝斯Karl與鼓手Jon。以真軍樂團的形式來演繹出低沉迷離的Downtempo，由於來自英倫的背景，Blue states的音樂帶有濃厚的Brit-pop的感覺。也因為帶有搖滾的氣息，Blue states也受邀參與眾多搖滾樂手的作品混音，如Badly Drawn Boy等。
