    Upon first listening I could say,that there isn't much diversity between the tracks,but I can definitely see why someone could love them. BTM delivers that hard-hitting brutality with very fast-paced riffs. Another problem I have,besides the diversity,is the album's playback time. I mean,30 minutes is average,but in this case it doesn't cut it. Also,Incongruous has that Aegaeon sound without the atmospheric qualities:( As it stands now I'd have to give Incongruous a 3.5/5. Hopefully as more time goes by,that rating can be higher:)

    Eh. I don't listen to Beneath The Massacre when I crave dynamism or flow, I listen to them when I want something fast and angry...and they're well suited for that.

    The vocals have improved on the new album, however, it still doesn't do much for me. It's fast, technical and brutal, but it lacks memorability and diversity; a trap that many a Tech-Death band stumbles into.

    Bands like Decapitated have chugga chugga breakdowns, yet nobody complains about them being "deathcore". Listen to the song Spheres Of Madness... so many breakdowns. So why do they get off the hook, yet bands like Beneath The Massacre get hate for it? Stupid as hell. Is it because the name "Beneath The Massacre" sounds like a deathcore band name and "Decapitated" sounds more like a Death Metal name? I really don't understand the difference. Breakdowns =/= Deathcore. Breakdowns have existed in death metal for a long time now. Get over it, who cares. If a band is good, they're good. Breakdowns shouldn't change that.
