Elements has some great songwriting but the production makes it very hard for me to listen to. It's worth getting the remaster solely for the five or so cuts of live material as bonus tracks.

I'm not sure if he doesn't growl, but I've heard that his vocals just sound weak as fuck. And you can't really hear anything over Tony Choy's PLUNK PLUNK PLUNK.

Elements was my first Atheist album. I don't see anything wrong with it; the riffing is great. Surely it's not their best, but its excellent.

Elements is their worst piece most of the songs are filler and Water, Air, and Fire might be the only good songs on that album. Songs like Elements, Samba Briza, and Green just don't cut it. Its not Atheist at their full potential.

Woah, people don't like Elements? It's my only Atheist album (so far, getting Unquestionable Presence soon) so i can't really compare it to their other albums, but i think it's an awesome album. It's one of my all time favorite albums.
