Join me in my current project:

Adding every US #1 Hit & every UK #1 Hit on Whosampled...

Ever since I stumbled upon WhoSampled, I was hooked. So I started a few projects... This being the first big one, any help is appreciated since it turned out much bigger than expected ^^.

The goal:
Find a sample, remix or cover for any of these songs, add it to the website and tag it accordingly. Don't forget to take a look at the rules (only official releases, no radio edits,..). Good luck & thanks in advance!

Miss Li with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, Konserthuset, Göteborg. November 6 2009.

When I first saw the ad for this show I was confused by the pairing of Miss Li and Lasse Berghagen (to be honest I'm still a bit confused). But I just couldn't miss the opportunity to see Miss Li with a full Symphony Orchestra so I bought tickets for me and my mom...

Lasse started with a few songs, it's not my music so I won't comment on it, atleast it was interesting to watch and listen to the symphony orchestra. Then Miss Li came out wearing the same cute red dress she wore when I saw her at Peace & Love 2008. Her first song was a fleshed out version of Dancing the Whole Way Home. It was followed by I'm Sorry, He's Mine, not my favorite song of hers but the orchestra added a new dimension to it and made it interesting again.

Oh my god, this was something else. Miss Linda Carlsson and her band always puts on a great show, with her charm, wit and energy she's just irresistible. This concert had all that and more... With an added string section from the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, a much more varied setlist and two all new songs played for the first time this concert was something really special. It was clear from the start that this was not going to be an ordinary Miss Li show... Starting with Linda with a new fringe haircut and a black sparkley dress behind a black grand piano doing the slow Kate Bush-ish Kings & Queens. Usually her concerts are 100% energy and fun from start to finish but by mixing it up with more slow and serious songs it showed a new broader and deeper side of her. Something that I have wanted to see in her live shows.

So, not having that much to do, and not wanting to study, I will now start copying all the artists in my iTunes library inte this journal. Of course, this will be a never-ending task, with my library updating och growing almost every day. Any way, I'll start from the top and then just keep on going.

I will include artists I only have one track by, but not tracks with several artist contributing (If it's a "feat." track, I will only mention the main artist).

If you notice that I'm missing out in an artist you believe I would appreciate, please tell me!
