exSpectacularrr To clarify my previous comment: I really would like to enjoy this artist -- anyone who covers Scott Walker has my attention -- but I will have to be convinced by other examples. I fear that what I've heard so far only does a disservice to whatever aspirations this singer harbors.

His vocal efforts sound potentially worthwhile on this cover of Montague Terrace (In Blue), but the recording quality is unlistenably execrable. Is this a homemade karaoke recording? Cringeworthy vocal quavers and throaty overreaching abounds over crackly, echoey background instrumentation that sounds identical to the original. Unfortunately, this recording seems to prove that sometimes, doing nothing is in fact better than doing "something, anything" -- this production quality is so poor that it overshadows and obscures any true capabilities this artist might have.
