simtz well, obviously that has something to do with the amount of space avaiable on a vinyl record. and since it's a 20minute track it's only possible for the song to be one one side alone. the liberty releases of Phallus Dei in Germany and the UK have it as the B-side of the record. the French version has the song as its A-side. maybe they decided it was worth the A-side? but that are just assumptions I made
