saw these guys supporting The Decemberists last month, thought they were fantastic then, only recently bothered to get Broken Side of Time and The Thief & The Heartbreaker. both fantastic, fantastic band. only thing is, Petter needs new hair, it's ridiculous.

These guys latest work is not really folk at all. It's Blues-Rock. I haven't listened to any of their earlier work, didn't know they had a back catalog behind Broken Side Of Time.

I heard they were kinda clones of My Morning Jacket and Band of Horses. The similarities are there, but I like these guys better (and I like BOH a lot). Broken Side of Time one of my fav albums of 2009. Amazing

They definitely don't sound like Janes Addiction; the first CD made me think more like an adapted Neil Young, but that might be a stretch too. In any case, I loved them at Coachella and can't wait to see them in DC!

Just saw them nothing short than an hour ago. Show was tight. Good dynamics. Only kinda missed I've Known For So Long and Low Man, but all in all decent!

someone needs to write to classic rock magazine n tell them to stop falsely advertising bands. i dont have an issue with this band, but when im told they sound like Janes Addiction and come on here expecting similar sounds. Im sure you can all understand my annoyance...
