The first time I heard "Independence Day", I loved the song and the voice of the woman singing it. This was Martina's second album, and sort of her breakthrough. One thing I really love about Martina is that she sings like she really means it. You can tell she absolutely loves to sing, and gives it her all. She has since become one of my favorite vocalists. In addition to "Independence Day", this album includes great tracks such as "My Baby Loves Me", "Where I Used To Have A Heart", "That Wasn't Me", "Heart Trouble", and "Life #9".

Ok, let's move from annoying 'albums i own' tag into this journal form. Now, if someone knows how to remove that "ghost" tag 'albums i own' with zero tagged albums, I'd like to hear the way. Let's begin with the list however. I try to remember, and not be too lazy, to list every future-bought album in here, too. Also I won't bother to tag bands; everyone can find a link to a band's profile site from one of their album's site. If anyone ever reads this. No matter, I'll still have this out of boringness, my interest in music and joy of randomly documenting insignificant things.
February 28th, 2009: Added DVDs and stuff.
October 28th, 2010: Finally added the artist tags and made the albums show from oldest to newest. Why on earth I originally did the list all upside-down? D:
