Mogwai (größtenteils eingängig, sehr geniale Band)

Godspeed You! Black Emperor (sehr episch und atmosphärisch)
Alben: F#A#oo, Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven

Tortoise (jazzmäßig, sehr entspannend)

65daysofstatic (starke Gitarren mit elektronischen idm-Elementen, überaus empfehlenswert)
