今週はカリフォニア滞在。
So I'm in California for the week. Anyway,
初日参加。中後ろで一人で飛び跳ね踊って大満足な一日。
Went the first day. A fully gratifying day of Jumping and dancing in the mid-back.
まず驚いたのがフェスの管理・環境の良さ。特にびっくりしたのがクロークと物販。Summer Sonicが叩かれるのがなぜか良く分かる。
I was stunned by the organization of the festival. Especially the baggage checkroom and the event merchandise. No wonder Summer Sonic gets berated.
ただ、各バンドの持ち時間が25－40分程度なのでちょっと物足りなく感じる。特に後半の: Special Othersと勝手にしやがれはライブ中は最高に気持ちがよかった分、不完全燃焼だった。
However, with each band only playing 25-40min at best, it kinda leaves you for more. This was especially strong with the last two I saw: Special Others, Katteni Shiyagare, due to their stellar performances.
Sparta Localsが古い曲を結構演ってくれてうれしい。
swayedって大嫌いなんだけどいつも演るほど人気あるのかな。。。
I'm happy that Sparta Locals played old tunes.
I hate Acidman's "Swayed", yet they always play it... I wonder if its very popular.
