Since I've decided not to waste anyone's time by making excuses for my long absence, I'll just roll right into this. The playlist has stayed the same all through summer, so it's high time for it to be aired out. On this week's menu: 16 tracks.

My most scrobbled track of all time, this, co-headlining with
Bar Star. My knowledge about the sort of music Mr. Ananda makes is lacking, but the fact that an almost ten minute long instrumental piece from a live DJ set is my number one most played song, like, ever, should be as good an indication of its hypnotic awesomeness as anything. In fact, I'm listening to it as I'm writing this, and I'm inclined to leave it on the list - it's a piece I could most likely listen to forever, and still find every bit as mesmerizing as I do now.
