65daysofstatic (also known by the abbreviations 65dos, 65days, or simply 65) are an instrumental post-rock band from Sheffield, England. The band is composed of Paul Wolinski, Joe Shrewsbury, Rob Jones and Simon Wright. The band has thus far released three albums: The Fall of Math, One Time for All Time, and The Destruction of Small Ideas.
Initially, the band interspersed heavy, progressive, guitar-driven instrumental sections with live drums and off-beat sampled drums akin to those of Aphex Twin, although since their second album they have developed their work to include keyboard parts.

Defiant_Reliant you'll have a hard time finding any older 65 shirts I expect. Once they sell out that's usually it, just keep checking ebay I guess.

Anyone who's looking for more information about the new album, this is from the latest 65propaganda: "So we find ourselves at the end of 2009, housebound and mixing a record of possibly epic proportions, although not as wilfully epic as the last one. It might, might just make you dance. If you’re a fairly imaginative dancer. Anyway, a little of this impending frost is no doubt rubbing off, but when we get round to releasing it, it’ll be joyous spring. Good time to tour, spring. Less flu.....We’re going to announce some stuff about the album, like when it’s out and what’s on it, and what it looks like and what it’s called and why it exists when we know a bit more about it ourselves."
