I think it is "DOWN DOWN DOWN" and "RUN RUN RUN", but "DAN DAN DAN" and "LAN LAN LAN" are just kinda Japanese way of spelling them. :D 'cause DOWN DOWN DOWN is ダンダンダン in katakana and RUN RUN RUN is ランランラン. :D I dunno, can't explain.
