VelluNiubi Fly Fast Records in Germany has both their albums. You can find them at http://www.merchsociety.com/flyfast/?lang=en . Would be cheaper if you found them in China, but their prices aren't too bad. I got 沙子's first album when I was in Beijing in 2005, and the 2nd one I bought from Fly Fast. The interesting thing is, Fly Fast Records released the album in Germany in 2008, and the Chinese version came out a year later.
