why are you so sad?

is it something permanent and can not be changed or something will go away tomorrow and give its place to another little thing?

im so......

im so sad because my parents are getting divorce my best friend just died i started smoking and my uncle has got a few days to live and we are very close.

I DONT WANNA BE CONTROLLED!

I'm not really wanting to have a pity party, and if that is the function of this group, then maybe I'll pull myself out later, but I am definitely someone who seems to be happy all the time and is in fact really quite sad. Why?

* My mother died in 2003 from complications resulting from her multiple sclerosis. I don't think I will ever get over her death and I feel sad that I didn't appreciate when I was younger how short her life span would be. I guess I always thought she would be around till at least her 70s.

* I am not at all close with my father and brother. We're just not on speaking terms, even though there hasn't been any recent big rift formed between us.

* Then there's the age old there's no one I know who is even remotely interested in me, really. I'm very very single and hate the idea of being alone. (I have been for quite some time, anyways.)

I think the first one is something quite permanent and part of my life. I hope 2 will come around eventually someday and 3 could be easily fixed I am sure (fingers crossed) once I move back to the States.

I'm alone, I'm BORED, I don't have anyone to hug.....in fact I'm not sad all the time, but sometimes (well often sometimes) I get such unpleasant depression...but I guess all of you know it.

Well probably I'm just a crying baby, coz as I see above, I don't have any REAL problems, like other people.

I'm sad because I can't change the world and people.
I'm sad because I'm not in a loving relationship.
I'm sad because I constantly have fights with my sister.
I'm sad because I want to be happy when all the others are sad.
I'm sad because I have a bunch of friends, but I want love!!!
I'm sad because there is so much hate on this world...
I'm sad because this world is screwed up and we have to live by rules that mean nothing.
I'm sad because they are so many people who are sad.

But in a reality, I'm happy :)

uh huh! i got into this art high school thing and i thought it would be totally awesome and inspiring, especially after pretty much hating every previous school i've gone to, but now about two weeks into it... HOLY COW how it sucks! everyone is ridiculously pretentious and mean and detached and... i don't know, like really evil but in a soooo not cool and awesome, but a very brainless way.

im so sad because of emo people, they are making this world not worth living and i dont want to share the same oxygen with that kind of people.

you dont understand me, do you? nobody does anyway.

well also i sometimes cut myself whitch makes me sad.
and i hated this group as well.
nothing else i think.

im so sad cuz i agree with babsy.. i.. :(.. god i hate my self! i hate this sh*t!

i hate life i hate world (hi mum hi dad!)
i hate this world (hi granma!) i dont belong here!
no doctors wanna marry me:( (indirectly they cant help me) i cut my self cuz im so clumsy and this makes me sad too :( (im crying right now, really) i never want to be clumsy ok? THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!

you know i'm always up to get depressed with you, i like that.

by the way, i dont like acting like happy when i'm sad, i dont care the group consept. all i like is acting like emo and having a little fun. really a little. this much(-)
